I was excited beyond measure when my parents planned the cruise for the weekend of 24th and 25th february. Although I had heard so much about this cruise from friends and relatives, the actual experience was much more than that. It would be difficult to convey the exact thrill of the experience in this blog, but hope you get an idea through this photoblog.
OUR SHIP: Star Cruises- LIBRA
The modest ship named Libra, of the Star Cruises sailed us through an amazing one night cruise from the Maldar International Cruise Terminal at Indira Dock, South Mumbai. The ship departed at 8 pm, 24th feb (saturday) and returned the next day at 2 pm. We boarded the ship by 4 pm on saturday.

Jogging area
The jogging area on Deck 6. The deck has 10 life boats. 6 emergency boats, a basket ball court and an area for hopscotch.

Beauty Salon
The beauty salon on Deck 4 along with a massage parlour was a lavish treat for the passengers. With a series of available massages and hair styling, this place found a great amount of customers!

Star Dust Lounge
The most popular lounge of the ship, the StarDust conducted the maximum number of live shows. With amassive capacity of six hundred people, the lounge was adorned in beautiful chandeliers, couches and lamps. This lounge showed the exclusive and most popular "Adult cabaret" and the "Wonderland" showsby Brasilian artists.

Galaxy of the Stars
Another wonderful lounge called Galaxy of Stars on Deck 5. This one hosted the Live Band performances by crew musicians and "A Grand Antakshari" competition for the passengers.
Bar at the Top deck
The top deck (i.e. Deck 10) was the best of all. Open from top, it had a fitness centre, a twin-jacuzzi bath, two swimming pools, a table tennis court, a restaurant and bar.

The corridor to Taj by the Bay
The restaurant on Deck 5, Taj by the bay gives the best view of the sea from anywhere on the deck. With a large seating capacity and a variety of cuisines, this restaurant is well decorated too. The other restautants on the ship are, The Saffron, Blue Lagoon andFour Seasons with excellent food and hospitable services.

Besides the illustrated, the ship also has a Casino, a photo gallery, a shopping area called the Port'o'col, a discothequeThe well-trained and friendly crew members arefrom Malaysia, Phillipines, China and India. The services of the cruise are truly appreciable.
